Terms applicable to the use of the Astra Shading website and to requests submitted through online forms.
1. Website operator
The website is operated by ASTRA SHADING SRL, Romania. For commercial or administrative enquiries contact us at info@astrashading.ro.
2. Website purpose
Information about products, configurations, applications and documentation is for presentation purposes. Final configuration, technical feasibility, price, delivery time and commercial conditions are established in the quotation issued for the specific project.
3. Quote requests
Submitting a form does not automatically conclude a contract and does not guarantee availability of a particular configuration. Astra Shading or an authorised partner may request additional information before issuing a quotation.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, visual identity, images, drawings, technical sheets and other published materials are protected by applicable law. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
5. Liability and technical information
We make reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate and current. Specifications may change due to product development, certification or component changes. Design and execution must rely on the technical documents and quotation valid at the time of order.
6. Dispute resolution
Consumers may consult the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection and the national Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism (SAL). The former European ODR platform has been discontinued, therefore no obsolete ODR link is displayed.
7. Updates
We may update these terms when services, products or the legal framework change. The version published on the website is the applicable version.
